Did Your Body Fat Decrease in 2011?

Do you have less body fat in December than you did in January? The secret to successful body transformation is to have less body fat and more muscle mass.Don’t let the publicity of quick weight loss programs deceive you. FAT LOSS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WEIGHT LOSS. Yo-yo weight loss and regain damages your metabolism and health. If you are a serial yo-yo dieter, your health is even more at risk. Quick weight loss…See More

#1 Fat Burning Tip, Your Attitude

A positive attitude will help you reach your fat loss and weight loss goals and achieve anything you want in life. A bad attitude…..well, you know where that takes you. Learn to be a “glass half full” type of person if you aren’t already. The quest for fitness and health can be full of setbacks and disappointments along the way.You may need to change your attitude about weight loss in general. You have to burn fat if you…See More

Hello! Thank you for the friend add! Looking forward to getting to know you & your work better here on BEY network.

I am joining with other romance writers and readers in Romance's Biggest Winner! hosted by Ashley March. As you can imagine, writing is too sedentary, and I have Barney Rubble legs lol! Truth!

Anyway, ten years ago I lost 65lbs, running, exercising, doing everything healthy-- but it slipped Right Back On. I'm 50 now, with too much midsection and my blood sugar is creeping up too high.

I'm back to exercising, but not at the intensity I was back then. Discouraging. I love lifting free weights, and I used to exercise with Cathe Friedrich tapes.

Any encouragement would be much appreciated. Positive thoughts and prayers too. I remember 65lbs was hard, now it's probably more. Frankly, haven't been able to bring myself to look at the number. I'll watch for your posts and any advice you offer. Thank You!
