These next 8 weeks, join Carlo Celotti and Elizabeth and make a pledge with us to:

Commit for 8 weeks to do the following:

1. Exercise daily for 25-30  minutes
per day at the same time each day, set an appt for yourself.

2. Eat vegetables 3 times per
day, 1 cup.  (any kind, anyway)

 

3. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

 

4. Eliminate Caffeine of all
forms.

 

5. Eliminate all pop/soda/alcohol.

 

We'd like to know your progress and how you feel.  Just leave a comment for us.

Some of you know I had some health challenges in early June. I had heart procedure/ surgery for an irregular heart beat (A-Fib) which I have had for about 10 years but recently had deteriorated to thd point where I was in A-fib most of the day. I had to slow down abit afterThat and have really found it difficult to get back on track with exercise and my food intake. Any advice??

Down 11 pounds total now.  Gained 5 back and then lost them again :)
