Commit for 8 weeks to do the following:
1. Exercise daily for 25-30 minutes
per day at the same time each day, set an appt for yourself.
2. Eat vegetables 3 times per
day, 1 cup. (any kind, anyway)
3. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
4. Eliminate Caffeine of all
forms.
5. Eliminate all pop/soda/alcohol.
