So! I did the fitness DVD the other day like I said I would and LOVED IT!! Jillian Michaels is AMAZING!!! She is tough but very supportive and motivational! I really enjoy doing these workouts =) Oh and also, I have re-joined the local gym and am going tonight - woohoo!!

TODAY is the day I choose to start getting fit!! I bought a few fitness DVD at the weekend by Jillian Michaels...The reviews say its tough but a fabulous workout and you can feel the burn from day one...Lets try it and find out!! I will write here when tomorrow and let you know how it goes!! My doctor weighed me 2 months ago and I was super shocked to see I was weighing in at 129lb - my heaviest ever!!!! I was not happy!! My aim is to lose 14lbs!! I dont care how long it takes but thats my new goal and I will do it!!! I WILL!!!

I weighed myself this morning and I've just let things go over he last few months - time to rein it in and get back on track. Also trying to get our finances in order. After 3 years of fighting to get a loan mod, we finally have it - and I want everything to finally fall into place.

My goals this year are to be happy!! Ive not truly been happy for almost 2 years now and Im sick of it!! Im moving into a new place within the next few weeks so going to start over!! New house, new life, new me!! Im going to go running more often (well, actually go running) and get fit again... I just have to encourage myself to keep it up!!
